    Ótima tarde, tudo bem?
    Preciso que meu e-mail principal seja o claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br

    Precisamos efetuar essa mudança para podermos assinar o plano, essa conta (claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br) foi excluída para que efetuar a troca aqui, porém da mesma forma ainda está dizendo que ela está vinculada.

    Não quero reativar essa conta, preciso que esse conta a qual estou falando esteja com esse endereço de e-mail como principal.
    A desativação ocorreu exatamente para tentar fazer essa mudança, porém o site de vocês acusou que ele já estava sendo usado.

    I'm sorry about the confusion. I confirm that you wish to change this account's email from claurigoni@gmail.com to claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br. Unfortunately, it is impossible to change it directly because there is already an account for the email claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br. We can delete it from our system right now so you can use it; however, we need to wait 30 days to let the system purge the account so you can use the email you want.

    As a workaround, you can log in to the account claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br and change it to a different one. After that, log in to your account at claurigoni@gmail.com and change the email to claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br. This workaround is the only way for you not to wait for 30 days if you wish to delete your account under claudia@gralhaazulportas.com.br permanently

    For you to change the email of an account, here's how to do it:

    1. Click your avatar or profile picture in the web page's upper right corner.

    3. Click on the Accounts tab on the left side of the page.
