    Eu, de maneira incorreta, coloquei solicitações de informações que fogem da política da JotForm. Sou gestor de tráfego e preciso desses dados, mas vou coletá-los de uma forma mais segura, sem ferir os termos e condições da plataforma.

    Dito isso, peço que retirem as perguntas que vão contra os termos da Jotform e reestabeleçam o acesso da minha conta para que eu possa me tornar um cliente de vocês.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. About your concern, I have removed the offending fields from the form and activated the account. You should be able to log in to your account now. Please avoid using offending fields on the form to prevent further suspension.
