Account Overlimit: Upload space

Boa tarde. Recentemente atingi minha cota de upload e a conta foi bloqueada. Já liberei espaço e fiz o procedimento de LIMPAR CACHE. Mas ainda assim contiuo bloqueado. Pode me ajudar? Obrigado.
