My form is requesting access.

Prezado, boa tarde!

Após elaborado o formulário, encaminhei ao cliente, porém o cliente não consegue responder automaticamente, ele é direcionado para um página para solicitar autorização de acesso.

Ressalto que é a primeira vez que executo uma atividade nessa plataforma.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I understand the form is requesting access when someone tries to fill it out. This usually happens when the form access is set to private. You can change it to public and anyone with the form link will be able to access it. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the Settings Icon in the Share with Link Section.
3. Select Public in the Pop-Up.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
