    Now, let me help you with your question. I can see only one form under your account and it's currently accessible. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Also, I checked your account and saw that you're far from reaching your limits yet. If it's a different form that's having the issue, can you give us the form URL, so we can check what's going on? Let me show you where to find the form URL:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on the More dropdown on the right side of the page.
    2. Under Publish, click on Publish Form.
    3. Click on the Copy Link button.
