Não consigo enviar o formulario

Criei um formulário publiquei e encaminhei para realizar um teste! Ele tem apenas uma pagina e ao terminar de responder não aparece nada para enviar o formulário, o que deixei de fazer?

Now, let me help you with your question. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Are you referring to the autoresponder email which should be sent out after the form is completed? If so, the form you created is missing an email field.
