Olá! Eu utilizo o Jotform para receber contatos de clientes que querem vender meu produtos e depois envio esses contatos para meus vendedores e faço isso de forma manual.

Queria entender se existe alguma forma de automatizar esse envios, para que eu consiga enviar para eles através de whatsapp.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration with WhatsApp. But, you can use the Notification Email feature to send all the submission data to your salesperson as a workaround. Simply add their email address as the recipient in your email notification settings.  Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
• Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter your salesperson email address. That's it.

Eu consigo segmentar, exemplo, não quero que todos os meus vendedores recebam todos os contatos, preciso segmentar por estado.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, I don't fully understand your concern. Can you please explain further so I can better understand your concern?

If you only want a specific salesperson to receive the submission data based on the user's answer, you can achieve this by setting up a condition on your Notification Email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
2. Click on Conditions on the left, and click on Add condition.
3. Select Change Email Recipient.
4. Now, set up the conditions and enter the salesperson's email addresses for them to receive the submission data based on the form filler's answer. You can copy my conditions below:

You can repeat the process for other choices. Once the form filler completes the form, the notification email will be sent to a specific salesperson based on the form filler's answer.
