    Boa tarde!

    Estava testando as funções do fomulário e fui bloqueado. Não publiquei nenhum formulário, pois ainda estou fazendo testes para ver as ferramentas possíveis, mas fui derecionado para uma página de bloqueio. Queria saber o motivo e como posso fazer para desbloquear?

    Fico no aguardo!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using a translator tool, please reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    The form https://form.jotform.com/240966186235059 was found on your account lbsolucoes.suporte@gmail.com as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting user credentials.

    Gathering these types of data violates our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to show/hide fields within your form conditionally is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar to an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending field mentioned above.

    Once we hear back from you, we will further assist you.

    OK! Thank you, I understand. I will adjust the form. I'm using Google
    translate to help me. Thanks for the feedback. I would like to restrict
    access to the form only to people registered in my contacts with validation
    of their registration, do you recommend any "WIDGETS" for this?

    Hello Mateus,

    Thank you for getting back to Jotform Support. Do you agree to remove the offending fields on the form for us to reactivate your Jotform account?

    You can set the Access Settings of the form to 'Private'. With this access, only people you invite or share the form URL can access the form. Here is your guide on how to change the access settings of a form. I've provided steps that you can follow:

    1. On the Form Builder, go to the Publish tab.
    2. Click the Public Form and change it to Private Form.

    Uninvited users will be prompted to ask permission from you if they try to access the form URL. The screenshot below is what they will see:

    You can invite users by copying the form URL and sending it to their email address or you can invite them by adding their email address on 'Invite By Email'. I've provided another screencast below:

    You can also check the fillers you invited by clicking the icon on the 'Shared with'.

    Yes, I agree to remove the incorrect form fields for Jotform account
    reactivation. Your help was very helpful. I'm still learning, but the

    Thank you for letting us know about this. I've removed/deleted the offending form fields and reactivated your Jotform account. Please clear the cache and cookies of the browser you use most of the time. Below are the guides on how you can do it:

    Clear Cache – Google Chrome

    Clear History – Safari
