    CRIEI ESSES FORMULARIOS PARA EU TER CONTROLE DO PESSOAL DA EMPRESA COM AS VENDAS POIS EU QUE OS PAGO E AGORA BLOQUEOU , COMO IREI FAZER AGORA ELES VÃO CADASTRAR EU NÃO VOU TER ACESSO PRA OS PAGAR E AÍ ? SE NAO FOR RESOLVIDO NUNCA MAIS USAREI O JOTFORME E MUITO MENOS INDICAREI ESTE SITE !!!!!!!!!

    Now, let me help you with your question. I was able to pull up two accounts using your email address. One is associated with a Guest account, and the other one is under our Starter (Free) plan, which is currently active. Are you referring to a different account? If yes, can you give us the email address or username associated with it, so we can check what's going on?
