How to collect monthly payments?

Gostaria de fazer um formulário, porém nele deve ter a função de pagamento cartão de crédito com juros mensais para o inscrito. Seria possível?

Are you trying to collect monthly payments from your customers? If so, this can be done by using the subscription feature with our payment integration. Note that not all payment providers support this type of payment. Most of the time, Square and Stripe are used to collect this type of payment. Let me show you an example on how to do that with Stripe:

1. Open your form in Form Builder. 

2. Under the Payments tab, click on Stripe to add it to your form.

3. In the Stripe Integration Wizard, connect your Stripe Account. 4. Then select Sell Subscriptions under the Payment Type dropdown menu. 

5. After that, click on Continue.

6. On the next page, create your subscription items.
