Why doesn't my form allow multiple submissions?

    Olá, gostaria de saber por qual motivo o envio de notificações por usuário é limitada, seria possível editar essa definição? Já que não consegui encontrar nas configurações do mesmo.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked your form settings, and you currently don't have any settings that disable multiple submissions. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    This means that form fillers should be able to do multiple submissions on your form. I also cloned your form, and I was able to make three submissions without running into any error. Check out the screencast below:

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
