Jotform App: Ability to show message/notification whenever there's an update

Tivemos problemas no preencher um relatório, pois ele não deixava adicionar as fotos, conforme vídeo.

Depois foi visto que não estava atualizado o APP do Jotform no celular que estava sendo utilizado.

Verificamos que o aplicativo, não está informando quando se faz necessária a atualização do mesmo, assim como é em qualquer outro aplicativo.

Como pode ser ajustado para ele avisar quando for feito o login no APP ou antes mesmo de entrar no APP?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I believe you are referring to push notifications. Unfortunately, it is currently not available in the Jotform app. We can have this requested as a feature request.  When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.

Por favor, solicitar essa adequação, pois estou recebendo chamados informando que não estão conseguindo preencher os relatórios.

E todos são por causa da atualização, todos os APP normalmente tem essa funcionalidade de avisar que precisa ser atualizado, isso é super importante creio que não só para nós, mas para todos os usuários que acabam perdendo tempo, tendo que refazer os relatórios, após atualizar.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.
