Widget - Tabela Multisseleção

Boa tarde.

Criei um formulário para realizar uma pesquisa em campo, será necessário o preenchimento de diversas seleções, para isso inseri o widget "Tabela Multisseleção", pois preciso de uma linha respondida em multi colunas.

Porém ao realizar o preenchimento do novo formulário, aparece as seleções do formulário anterior, até mesmo na aba "criar" da edição do formulário.
Como devo proceder para realizar essa correção ?

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked out the screenshot you shared and the form Vistoria - PT . Do note that what you are seeing is the default behaviors of the widget. So, whenever your form fillers select the cells, the Multi Select Grid widget will save the previously chosen answers and block those cells for the other form fillers. Unfortunately, there is no option to reset the widget unless you delete that submission from the Jotform table.

You can use ' Input Table' instead and see if that fits within your requirement.

Is there any other basic element option or other widget that offers me the multi-response selection function? as long as the answer is not fixed when filling out the form again.

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use the Multiple Selection widget; this will allow your form fillers to select multiple options, and it won't show the previous submitted answers.

There is also a Multiple Choice Question element you can use on your form. Let me show you how to add a multiple-choice element to your form.

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element. 
• Select the Multiple Choice element, drag and drop it on your form.
• Now select the Widget options and search for the selections.
• Drag and drop the widget on your form. That's it.
