Hi Rafael,
Thanks for getting back to us with your screenshot. Can you try using Port 587 instead of 465? Also, make sure that you have the correct SMTP credentials, including your email address, host name, username, and password.
Please note that one of the prerequisites for SMTP setup is to contact your email service provider and request to add Jotform's IP addresses to their whitelist. Check out our common domain names below:
