Pagando para criação de formulário com assinatura em prestação de serviços na área da saúde, alem do formulário é ilimitado uso dos demais produtos? Ou cada produto é pago a parte?

Gostaria de usar um formulário bem parecido a uma empresa existente, posso usar as mesmas informações e trocar nome da empresa e cnpj?

Ou a criação do contrato tem que ser feito por um advogado e depois mandado para que analisem e montem em cima?

Now, to answer your question, we don't offer unlimited use of account usage on regular plans(e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold). Also, the usage of all available products/feature within Jotform, can be used even when using the Starter(Free) plan. The only thing you need to be wary of is the account usage/limit, that can be increased by upgrading to a higher plan. You can check out our pricing here.

If you have an existing form from an existing company and would like to create the form very similar to that, you will have to build one from scratch and design it closer to the existing one you have. For starters, I would suggest you look into our guide first on How to Create your First form.

Though if you're planning to create a contract, you may consider the Jotform Sign Document. It allows you to import/upload an existing soft copy document and create a digital contract from it.

Also, it is always advisable to consult with a professional first before creating a contract if you're planning to build one from scratch.
