Send Notification to Whatsapp after Form Submission

Existe alguma forma do cliente preencher o formulário e conseguir enviar o mesmo pelo whatsapp para a nossa equipe ao invés de ser por e-mail ou pela plataforma da jotform?

Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform at this time. We can have this requested as a feature request. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.

As a workaround, you configure the Click to Chat feature of your WhatsApp. You can check out this link for more information. After that, you can redirect your respondents to your WhatsApp URL and prompt them to send a message after they are done filling out the form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
• Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste the WhatsApp URL.
