    Now, let me help you with the issue. I checked your form(241064227037045) and I can see the email notifications associated to the submissions made in the form were successfully sent to your email address triplicecoroaniteroi@gmail.com.

    I'd suggest you check out your email inbox's spam folder and see if the email notification have landed there. If it does, since you're using Gmail, you can check out this guide on How to Prevent Emails from landing in Gmail's Spam Folder.
