    não estou conseguindo resetar minha senha, o email chega, coloco a nova senha e não dá certo. Como faço? é urgente

    Now, coming back to your question, I'm sorry you're having issues logging in to your account. After checking the account, I was able to confirm that it's active and should not have any issues logging in. I flushed your login attempts.     Continuo tendo problemas, pois ao criar uma senha, desaparece os meus formulários anteriores

When I checked the email address you used to contact us, there's no account connected to it. Do you have another email address you used when you created your account? It can also help us to locate the account if you can share the link to one of your forms.
