Dificuldade de Baixar documentos da Caixa de envios

    Os formulários que possuem documentos para serem feito download não estamos conseguindo baixar.

    Após clicar em baixar na caixa de envio não obtivemos resposta da plataforma.

    Hi Marco_cadastro,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account on my end and downloaded one PDF document on one of your submissions and I was able to download it successfully. See the image attached:

    Can you try downloading another document on your form and check if you still experience the issue? I also cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. Also, please make sure that you are logged into your Jotform account on the same window where you want to download the PDF document.
