Still charged after canceling my account

    Boa tarde,

    Gostaria de saber por que depois do cancelamento da conta foi cobrado mais de 2 mil na fatura.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Hi nzamparferramentas,

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. As we've checked, the reason you were charged is because on March 11, 2025, you upgraded your Silver Monthly plan to a Silver Yearly plan. Then, canceled it after a few minutes. The payment is already made when you canceled the plan. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a refund for the fee as it's past 30 days.
