    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi fcorreia,

    Thanks for your patience. I understand that you are no longer receiving responses from your form 212994553934063. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.

    I went ahead and cleared your form's cache, you could give it a try again and see if the issue still persists. You can also check the spam mail and see if the emails are there.
