Calendly Integration: No option to select the name field

Estou fazendo a integração com o calendly e na parte de colocar para já puxar os dados que a pessoa preencheu no formulário para ir direto para o calendly e o cliente não precisar preencher novamente, está dando erro no nome, não tenho a opção de selecionar para puxar, em nome aparece uma barra em branco ou "e-mail" e em e-mail aparece a barra em branco e "e-mail"

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, the name field you appear to have added to your form is a short text. Calendly only supports the Full Name field in Jotform, which includes a first and last name. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
2. In the Form Elements pane on the left, select Full Name.

You should now be able to find the name in the options.
