Dynamic Textbox: Show the submission in tabular format on PDF.

e o campo NOME COMERCIAL/CIENTIFICO entre os outros estão com limitação de caracteres, tem como eu alterar?

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form, and you have added the Add Options and Dynamic Textbox widget. Do you want to show them as a table? Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not available. It is not possible to show the Add Options and Dynamic Textbox widget data in tabular format.

As a workaround for that, you can add a Configurable List widget in the form, that will show the data in PDF in tabular format. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Widgets tab.
3. Search for the Configurable List widget, and click on it to add.
4. Click on the Wand icon.
5. In the General Tab, add the Short Text : text in the Fields configuration. This will only add one textbox.
6. Finally, click on the Update Widget button.

That's it. On form submission, the configurable list data will show in the tabular format. Check out the screenshot below to see the result:
