Jotform Apps: Can't edit the Contact Information Page

How do I edit the "contact information page". It's included in the template, but I can't edit the layout. How do I edit it?

Good morning, below is the link requested to change the url. In fact, all pages in my app look like this. Instead of having the url: “https://app.jotform.com/raviconvites/ravi/convites-fisicos” for example, it is like “https://app.jotform.com/raviconvites/ravi/page/16” ,"https://app.jotform.com/raviconvites/ravi/page/156", etc.

I checked your app and I can see that you're referring to the Contact Information Page at the bottom of the App. Unfortunately, the layout of this page cannot be edited. However, you can add elements to it as needed just click on the Gear icon and the Contact Information Properties panel will show up allowing you to add elements that will appear during the checkout process.
