Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and can see here that your form is now successfully integrated to Google Sheet. Can you confirm that the issue is now fixed? Here's a screenshot of what I am seeing:

Thank you for your support. In the meantime I solved it, thank you. I just sign out, sign in again, and gave the right permissions to Jotform to access my Google Drive. And that's it!
