Now, coming back to your question, you're currently subscribed to Silver Yearly plan, are you referring the monthly submission? The Monthly Submissions limit has never been offered as unlimited. The End of Year 2024 sale is a promotional discount only and has nothing to do with the usage limit.

You are allowed to receive up to 10,000 submissions every month.

If you need more than 10.000+ monthly submission, you can consider upgrading to our higher plan or consider our Enterprise plan. 

Also, keep in mind that Monthly Submission limit refer to the total submission you can receive per months, and it's calculated from all your form. Monthly Submission limits don't decrease when you delete a submission, but it'll reset on each cycle. Each cycle last for about a month.  You can also check when your current cycle will reset through Usage page.
