    Estou tentando entrar no Jotform mas nao consigo.Solicito a troca de senha e o email para redefinição nao chega. Preciso de ajuda para acessar minha conta.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked our system, but there aren't any accounts associated with your email address. That's why there is no reset email being sent to your mailbox. If you're trying to sign in to your new account, consider signing up. But if you already have an account, can you share with us the link to one of your forms so we can track it and help you log in?
