Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. Check out my screencast below:
After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. You just need to retype the whole text without extra spaces. Let me show you how:- In Form Builder, click on the Ticket Purchases widget and select the Wand icon.
- On the Ticket Types option, delete the specific option.
- Retype the text again and click on the Update button.
