problemas com Excel report

olá.. todos os meus excel reports estao sendo baixados com muitos registros a menos que o correto... muitas linhas a menos... isso em 2 contas que eu tenho no jotform... é um problema geral? todos meus clientes estão reclamando... o que devo fazer?
