Hi Daniele,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and the issue is caused by your Upload Storage being over the allowed limit. Free accounts include up to 100 MB of upload space, and your account is currently using 160 MB, which prevents your forms from loading and causes the “File not found” message.

To resolve this, you can:

• Delete uploaded files from your form submissions to free up storage space, or
• Upgrade to a higher plan for additional upload storage.

Once the upload usage goes back under 100 MB, your form will open normally again.
