Fluxo de Trabalho: E-mail enviado para todos participantes apesar da condição de responsável

Tenho um fluxo de trabalho onde em função do nome do responsavel, o e-mail será enviado para o responsavel devidamente cadastrado , porém mesmo fazendo o ramo do ramo condicional o e-mail está sendo enviado para todos os demais participantes, mesmo não sendo o responsavel

I have a workflow where, based on the name of the responsible party, the email is sent to the duly registered responsible party. However, even when creating a conditional branch, the email is being sent to all other participants, even those who are not the responsible party.
