Preciso de ajuda, por favor. Sou administrador da conta que possui o e-mail e conteudo2@grupovoll.com.br e gostaria de saber o que houve, porque ao fazer o login na data de ontem, dia 25 de novembro, os documentos não estamos mais localizados na pasta.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

To better assist you, could you please confirm which document you are referring to? If you still have the link to the submission or document, please share it with us so we can check the issue.
In the meantime, you can check both your Archived and Trashed submissions in your Workspace. Here’s how:
To view Trashed submissions:- From your My Workspace page, hover over your form and click Inbox on the right side.
- Inside Jotform Inbox, click the Trash tab at the top-left.
- You’ll see all deleted submissions there. Keep in mind: items that stay in the Trash for more than 30 days are permanently deleted.
- In the same Inbox view, click the Archived tab located next to the All Submissions tab.
- You’ll find all submissions that were archived instead of deleted.
