O gerador de PDF está com problemas. Ele até gera o arquivo, mas sem o layout predefinido. O PDF sai apenas com o texto, sem as imagens.

Para garantir que o PDF seja gerado com o layout correto e as imagens apareçam, verifique o seguinte no PDF Editor do Jotform:
- Abra o PDF Editor a partir do Form Builder clicando no ícone de rolo azul para acessar o PDF Designer.
- Verifique o layout na aba Layout, certificando-se de que a orientação (Retrato ou Paisagem) está configurada conforme desejado.
- Confirme se os elementos visuais (imagens, logos, etc.) estão adicionados corretamente no PDF Editor e não foram removidos ou ocultados.
- Use o campo de texto com Form Fields para garantir que os dados do formulário sejam populados corretamente no PDF.
- Salve as alterações e utilize a opção de pré-visualização para conferir se o PDF está gerando com o layout e imagens esperados.
Se o problema persistir, pode ser útil revisar se o PDF está desconectado do formulário original (caso esteja usando Smart PDF Forms) ou se há alguma configuração específica que esteja impedindo a renderização das imagens no PDF.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in Portugal using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.I tried cloning your form to test it, and I got the same result. This is how to fix it:
1- Open PDF Editor for your form and click blue PDF Editor on top right of the page.2- Under Layout tab click Remove Background button to remove background.
3- Copy your image and paste it to Paint on your computer and save it as a new file.
4- Go to PDF Editor again, and click blue PDF Editor on top right of the page.
5- Under Layout click on blue Upload tab and upload the saved background image. Now PDF file will be created with background image properly.

AcervoMaisOne note: in the PDF Editor panel, if I click Print, it generates the PDF with the background image. However, if I click Generate PDF, it appears without the background.

To investigate this further, I performed a few distinct tests on my end:
- Direct Test: First, I filled out your actual form (without cloning it) and submitted a test entry. When I downloaded the generated PDF document, the layout and background image appeared correctly.
- Cloned Test: I then cloned your form to my own account to test the editor's functionality. I tested both the Print button and the Download PDF button. In both cases, the PDF was generated successfully with the background image visible.
Possible Causes & Solutions:
Since the PDF is generating correctly on our end, the issue might be related to the specific software used to view the file on your computer. Some PDF viewers (or specific settings within them) may hide background layers or images to optimize for printing or reading.
- Try a different viewer: Please try opening the downloaded PDF file in a different program (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) or simply drag and drop the file into a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) to view it there.
- Clone the form: If the issue persists even with a different viewer, I recommend cloning your own form. Creating a fresh clone can often resolve rare, isolated bugs that may have occurred in the original form's cache or settings.
Please give these steps a try and let us know if the background image becomes visible.
