    O formulário 242664176376061 algumas pessoas não estão recebendo um e-mail, está com algum problema?

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again

    I took a look at your form, and I can see that you have two email fields: one mapped as the Recipient’s Email Address in your Notification Email, and another one labeled as the Applicant’s email. If you want the email to be sent to the Applicant’s email field instead, you can update the recipient following these steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left.
    3. Open your Notification Email.

    5.Select the email field you want the email to be sent to.

    6.Click Save Email to apply the change.
