To cancel and remove your card from the platform, you must first downgrade your account to the Starter Plan. To do this:- Access the Billing Tab in your account and select Change Plan.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Downgrade button under the Starter Plan.
- Follow the instructions to complete the downgrade.
Once you have moved to the Starter Plan, you will need to contact Jotform Support to have your card details removed:
- Go to the Jotform Support Contact Page.
- Explain your request to remove payment card information from your account.
- Click the Post Question button.
