Although your subscription has been cancelled as requested, I would like to clarify the details regarding the charge amount and the applied discount to clear up any confusion.
First, it is important to note that all Jotform prices are billed in USD, not in Brazilian Reais (BRL). The amount you see on your bank statement is the USD amount converted to your local currency by your bank, based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. This currency conversion is likely why the final figure appears different than expected in your local currency.
Furthermore, I can confirm that the 60% discount was successfully applied to your payment. The standard Monthly Bronze plan costs $39 USD per month, which totals $468 USD for a full year. With the 60% discount applied to this yearly total, the price was reduced to $187.20 USD, which is exactly the amount you were charged.
You can verify this amount and the currency by downloading your official invoice. Let me show you how.
1. Go to Workspace page. Then click Profile Picture on the right of top bar.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click to the Billing tab on the left menu.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
Finally, regarding your request for a refund, please fill out our Refund Request Form to initiate the process.
