    Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to tapping the Edit button to open the form in the Form Builder? If so, I tested this on my Android device, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I understand that you’re tapping on Edit in the Android app, but the form still doesn’t open on your device, even though it works on other devices.

    Please try the steps below, as they can help with app-related issues like this:

    1. Open the Settings app on your phone, go to Apps, find Jotform, and tap on Storage.
    2. Tap on Clear Cache, but do not delete the data, then reopen the Jotform app and try tapping on Edit again.
    3. Make sure the Jotform app is updated to the latest version from the Google Play Store.
    4. If the issue continues, uninstall the Jotform app, restart your device, then reinstall the app and sign in again.

    If the problem still happens after trying these steps, could you please share a short screen recording showing what happens when you tap on Edit? This will help us see the exact behavior and investigate further. Also, let us know if this happens on all forms or only on a specific one.
