The free Starter plan on Jotform does not have a strict 30-day trial limit; instead, it offers access to most features indefinitely but with usage limits. In case you upgrade and then cancel within 30 days of payment, you may request a refund according to our refund policy. However, if you remain on the free Starter plan, no charges will be applied.
If you want to cancel a paid subscription, your account will stay active on that plan until the end of the paid period, after which it will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan without further charges.
