Pagamento Anual da Plataforma: Solicitação para Postergar Vencimento do Pagamento

Bom dia, tudo bem?

Recebi um email referente ao pagamento anual da plataforma.

Porém o médico que realiza o pagamento estará apenas na próxima semana no dia 13/02 para poder renovar o cartão e efetuar o pagamento.
No email recebido a plataforma será desabilitada daqui 7 dias, é possível postergar o pagamento até a próxima semana??
