Now, coming back to your question, I checked all the email addresses you provided, and all of them are added to our Bounce List. Note that the email address is added to our bounce list whenever a sufficient number of emails are returned, preventing more rejections. Rejected emails can cause our messages to be filtered on a much bigger scale and increase our overall spam score. I suggest doing the following:
- Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list or whitelist.
- Whitelisting Jotform's IP addresses and domains with your email provider to avoid emails being marked as spam.
