    Prezados, boa tarde.


    Gostaria de solicitar uma ajuda com relação ao checklist, onde ao finalizar o preenchimento e clicar em "Enviar", apresenta um erro em que fica carregando eternamente. Não sei se o problema pode estar atrelado ao PDF com o resultado da pesquisa, onde não consegui modificar e sem a certeza de que as condições foram devidamente atendidas.

    Precisamos desse processo funcionando que darmos inicio ao projeto da empresa e apresentar essas melhorias no processo de auditoria.

    Todas as instruções que a IA poderia apresentar como resposta a minha dúvida já foram feitas. Gostaria da ajuda de uma pessoa pois foi a única opção que me sobrou uma vez que não solucionaram o erro.

    Now, coming back to your question, to confirm are you referring to this form? If so, I cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue, and the submission is too long to be triggered. Take a look a the screencast below:

    Dear Joeni,

    I'm sorry about the portuguese, I thought the ticket would be answered by a local team. 

    Howerver, that's exatcly what is happening! Not only in "Checklist de Equipamentos" but "Checklist de Ferramentas" (https://form.jotform.com/260262171094653) too. I tried getting help with AI, but I did evertyhing it said and it didn't work out.

    I would like to ask for help with another thing. In "Checklist de Ferramentas", I created conditions which as you select the "Unidade" (that means the branch), it opens the employees of that branch. Let's suppose I did all this things and choose the wrong employee, in that case I need changing the branch e select other employee name. I believed the checklist would disapear and it shows the new one, but thats not what happen, it kept last and open a new one above. Is that anything we can do to change it? As I select a new name, the last checklist disappears.

    I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
