Now, coming back to your question, you need to permanently delete and purge your submissions to free up space. Before deleting, make sure to download your submissions first so you have a backup copy. Let me first show you how to download the submission data:
- On the Jotform Mobile App, tap on the form you want to download submissions from.
- Then, in the menu that opens at the bottom of the screen, tap on Submissions.
- Next, in Jotform Inbox, you can tap and hold to select the submissions you want to download, and then tap on the Three Dots icon at the top-right side of your screen.
- In the Dropdown menu that opens, tap on Download and select the file format you want to use.
You can now delete your submission data. Here’s how:
- In Jotform Inbox, tap and hold to select the submissions you want to delete.
- Then, tap on the Trash Can icon at the top-right side of the screen.
Deleting submissions won’t free up space on your account, and they can be recovered within 30 days. After 30 days, they will be permanently removed. You can purge the submissions to free up space on your account. Let me show you how:
- While in Jotform Inbox, tap on the Three Dots icon at the top-right side of your screen.
- Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, tap on Trash.
- Next, tap and hold to select the submissions you want to purge, and then click on the Trash Can icon at the top-right side of the screen.
