Form Submissions: How to Receive Completed PDF Attachments

Ideally, I would either receive a link to the completed form or, even better, have the completed form sent directly as a PDF.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can attach Submission PDFs to your Notification Email so you’ll receive a PDF copy containing the details of each specific submission. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder , in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings .

2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails .

3. Now, hover your mouse over the Notification Email and click on Edit .

4. Next, click on the Attachments tab , toggle on Attach PDF , and then select the PDF you want to attach.

5. Now, click on Save Email , and you're done.
