Now, coming back to your question, to integrate a WhatsApp number with a Jotform AI Agent, you do need to link and configure things through Meta (Facebook Business / WhatsApp Business), but this is handled inside the AI Agent Builder flow. Here are the full configuration steps and requirements:

1. In Agent Builder, click Publish in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Next, select WhatsApp from the menu on the left.
3. Finally, click Login with Facebook and sign in to connect your Facebook account.

4./ After connecting your Facebook account, complete the following business information:

• • Business Portfolio: Select one of your existing business portfolios from the list.
  • Business Name: This field is automatically populated and verified based on the selected business portfolio.
  • Business Website or Profile Page: This information is automatically applied and verified from the selected business portfolio.
  • Country: The country is automatically detected and verified based on the selected business portfolio.
  • Business Address (Optional): Enter your business address if you'd like to include it.

5. Then, click on Next.

6. Next, configure the following settings:

• • WhatsApp Business Account: Select an existing WhatsApp Business Account.
  • WhatsApp Business Profile: Create a new WhatsApp Business Profile or select an existing one.

7. Once you've finished, click Next.

8. Now, click on Continue.

9. Here, you can optionally Add a payment method, then click Finish, and you’re all set.
