    Hi Secretaria de Seguridad Publica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. It is possible to collect data on your forms without internet. Offline submissions are saved to your device and will sync when you connect online. So you would be able to collect responses offline. You'll need to download and install Jotform Mobile Forms on your device to get started. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Jotform App, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner. How to use forms in Offline mode? Image 1 Screenshot 40 Screenshot 10
    2. Choose Offline Forms.

    3. Then select the forms you'd like to use offline. You'll need to wait for the forms available on your account to load before you select. How to use forms in Offline mode? Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 32

It's important that you take note of the following:

    • Some form elements and widgets require an internet connection to work properly. The app will show a warning message if your form can’t be used offline.
    • The amount of offline data you can store is based on the amount of storage space available on your mobile device. When your device is almost out of space, the app will automatically disable the offline form that contains the most data. You don’t have to worry about losing important information, you can still access all forms from a computer.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
