I have other 2 question for you:

    1. is necessary a log in for everyone that decide to open the form? For example, I have a form with a quiz on my web site (with Jotform), does the visitor have to register for use the quiz form?
    2. is possible for me collect the information like name and email address of visitors and check these data?

    Hello Francesca,

Thanks for using Jotform. To answer the first question, it is not necessary for your users to login or sign up to Jotform, as long as your form is set to Public. If your form is Private, the invited users can only use the form and will be required to sign up to Jotform. Here's how you can set your form to public:

    1. In Form Builder, click Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, click the Gear Icon to open the Settings.
    3. Then click Public Form.

Now for the second question, Yes you may collect email address and other information as long as you don't violate our Terms of use. The information that the form collects can be viewed in your Submissions table.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
