Como limpar os campos dependendo da opção selecionada?

Como fazer para que quando um item for selecionado no elemento "resposta única" tudo que estiver preenchido seja apagado. Preciso dessa opção porque dependendo do que o usuário selecionar as perguntas seguirão um fluxo, porém se ele mudar a opção. Tudo que ele preencheu deve ser apagado.

• In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
• Click on Show More, then scroll down to see the Clear Hidden Field Values setting.
• You can then change it to Clear when Hidden,
