Unexpected error occurs when creating a report from my form

Another question: whenever I try to create a report from my form, an "unexpected error" occurs. Can you solve this problem?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening, however, when trying to download the report from the table of a clone of your form, I have been able to download it without issues. Let me show you:

This is why it would be really helpful if you could share some more information about how you are creating this report and if this is happening with a specific form. Also, share a screenshot of the console reports on the browser when this occurs. As an additional measure, I have cleared your form caches, and I recommend you do the same with the cookies and the caches on your browser before trying again.

Hi, it's giving me an error when I follow this sequence, select the form -> Create report -> Visual report creator -> Here the unexpected error occurs.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. Can you please try to sign out and sign back into your account to see if it helps? In addition, can you please try creating the Visual Report Builder on the My Reports page? Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the My Reports page and click the Create Report button.
   
2. Select the Visual Report Builder option.
   
3. Then click the Select a Form option and select the form you want for your new report.
   
   

Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

This is why we would also need to know if this works when you try from a different device or from a different browser, and if this happens to every form or one form in specific. In case it occurs with only one form, please share with us the URL of this form. Also let us know if you have already tried from a different browser, from a different device, and from a different internet connection, and you are still unable to create a report.
