    Why the form is frozen?

    Cuando lleno el formulario y quiero enviar los datos, presiono el botón enviar y se queda congelado con la frase "Por favor espere"

    Hello, your form works properly. I think flexbox conflicts with the forms scripting. You can solve it in two ways:

    First one is to use other method to embed like Iframe method.

    Second one is to insert a code to solve conflicts:

    En efecto por qué ese formulario ya no es de Jot Form... Al no poder
    resolver el problema tuve que recurrir a otra opción.
