    Здравейте,

    Преди няколко дни направих поръчка от Answear.bg, плащането се извърши чрез PAYU, парите бяха изтеглени, но плащането беше анулирано, парите ми все още на са върнати обратно? Никъде не намирам контакти с PAYU? Моля за обратна връзка от вас.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean you made a payment to one of our user's forms? If so, can you send me the link to the form so I can take a look at it for you?

    I  tried to buy something from  Answear, but transaction was declined on the website but still the money was taken from my bank account.Basically, I paid for nothing, I tried contacting PayU, I have to write down the transaction ID in order to get in contact with them, but the system can’t find my transaction ID, so I’m stuck, can’t contact PayU to ask my money back.I have proof of everything.-------- Оригинално писмо -------- Oт: Jotform (noreply@jotform.com) Относно: Re: Проблем До: cansel_durmush@abv.bg Изпратено на: 2023-10-26 18:12:00

    Hi Dzhansel,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. It sounds like you filled out a form that was owned by someone, and the order was canceled, but the refund has yet to arrive. I'm afraid to say that the best way is to contact the form owner and request more information about the transaction that was made so that you can contact PAYU to locate the transaction. 

    You can respond directly to the automated email you received after completing the order form, it will be sent to the recipient's email address specified by the form owner.
